Testimonials

YSAS Birribi (youth program) recently used Simon from Gorats for a mountain bike adventure in the You Yangs. Simon was supportive, motivating and a lot of fun. The ride in the You Yangs is a great track for jumps, up hill and down hill riding, which people of most ages will enjoy alot. Thanks alot Simon will organise another ride soon enough :)

Testimonial: I have been using GORATS for mountain biking groups for nearly 20 years - for the last 10 years at St Bernard's College, Santa Monica. Simon and his staff are always well prepared and professional in their approach to students and teachers. The equipment is well maintained and the routes chosen are always a good mix of challenge and adventure that put the safety of riders first. They are flexible and open to suggestions about enhancing the experience for students. I recommend them unconditionally. MARK SMITH, CAMPUS DIRECTOR, SANTA MONICA

Essendon Keilor College has been using the services of GORATS for the past 10 years. Simon and his team have always provided a very professional service catering for all ability levels. GORATS provides a flexible and individualised program which motivates, challenges and encourages the group to develop and improve not only their technical skills but also teamwork and resilience.

GORAT's Blog

Years gone by.

Some years ago this man did a sub 3 marathon.

On Sun 19th Paul competed in The Great Ocean Rd half Marathon

and completed the course in 1.40 for the 21kms.

Not bad for an old man of 50.

Queenstown Downhill

Pictured is staff member Amelia Grant on a recent trip to Queenstown with

her boss Simon (me). The Downhill park was awesome though I did manage

to go over the handlebars once on a Double Black following some guy's

wheel like an idiot. Was my first time on a DH bike and yes very different!

By the fifth run was totally into it and goin too fast for an old man.

Good times yes!
